Contract Placements

HTG offers contract placements for project-based work.  These work assignments generally have a specific deliverable/business goal in mind and we bring in a team member, or an entire team, to ensure that our client is successful.
 

Contract to Hire

HTG also provides staff augmentation on a contract to hire basis.  These engagements allow our clients to hire someone quickly as a contractor with the intent of converting the contractor to a permanent employee after a 6 -12 month timeframe.  

Direct Hire

Finally, HTG offers Direct Hire services.  We identify qualified candidates who are hired as permanent employees for our clients, essentially working as an outsourced recruiting department.
